Payette River Junior Bassmasters

We offer a junior club which has been averaging 12 to 15 competitors a tournament. All ages through 18 years old are welcome and compete equally in the tournaments. Those juniors that meet the Federation Nation age requirements are competing for the opportunity to advance to the Junior Federation Nation State Championship based on a point system.

        We meet on the second Tuesday of each month at Kloys Pizza in Payette, Id. The food is great and raffle prizes are always fun. We welcome all to attend member or not.

        The junior tournaments are on Sunday from 7:00am to 12:30pm the day after our adult tournaments. This allows us to enjoy a fun filled evening between the tournaments.

        We do not require membership in our adult club. Juniors only need to be a BASS federation Nation Junior Member and have a way to bring your fish to weigh in alive and healthy. Prizes and fun for all.

        We are proud to support The Safari Club Kids Day, Casting Kids, and several other youth programs. These reach out into the community and provide opportunities for kids of today to try an age old sport and past time, Fishing !!!
